In September 1969 GALLIARD MOREL Transports had huge financial difficulties. Mr. Georges GREGOIRE took over this compagny and named it:

Grégoire Galliard is a joint stock simplified compagny with an overall capital of 372 000 €. Mr. Georges Grégoire is the major share holder leaving other share holders with the minimum actions. The compagny's structure is that of a familial one.
The registration office and developement were once situated in:
Zone industrielle des Sablons
89 100 SENS

In 1973 premises were transferred to:
Zone industrielle des Vauguillettes
89 100 SENS

The principal objective was to distribute sea food products like fish, shelfish, etc... Then followed various perishable products which were extended to milk products, poultry, meat, cheese, fruits, vegetables and finally frozen products.
In 1984 Mr. Georges Grégoire decided to go into retirement then leaving the place for his son Michel Grégoire as managing director. In march 1984 he asked M. Jean-Claude Deniot to be responsible of the marketing, planning, and staff recruitment and then go on to general management.

In January 2005, Mr. Jean-Claude Deniot decides to take his retirement. Mr. Michel Grégoire does not provide for the replacement with the station with Directorate-General and decides to assume only Management.
